Payment is usually made before you ship the art work(s). Once a contract is signed, we wire payment to your account and also pay for shipping. You get a fair price and don’t have to roll the dice at auction. Consignments with dealers are a waiting game and you get nothing until the piece is sold (or possibly returned without sale).

Also, note any condition problems and/or restoration or cleaning work that you are aware was done to the painting(s). Condition can greatly affect value, but dealers often try to con you into thinking that minor details, such as needing a cleaning, are cause to cheat you out of a fair price. Most minor repairs will have negligible affect on your art work’s value and we will discuss this with you in detail when making an offer on your art work(s).
